Courses and certification

Course details, duration and fees are shown at the time of enrolment. Certificates are issued after you meet the course and examination requirements set by MyZap Learning or the partner institution. We may update course content, schedules or faculty to improve quality.

Fees and payments

All fees must be paid through the payment methods available on our platform. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including videos, notes, logos and design, belongs to MyZap Learning or its partners and is protected by law. You may use it only for your own learning.

Suspension of accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without a refund.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep our services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results such as jobs or exam outcomes. MyZap Learning is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
